As the founder of YU-Taekwondo—currently the largest system for traditional Taekwondo in Austria—Dr. Andreas Held (alias Dr. YU) looks back on decades of experience. He has been working as a professional trainer since 1997 and today brings his deep expertise to his role as head of the Trainer Academy Vienna.
